This was a last minute booking. The staff are friendly and rooms are perfect . Clean and comfortable. The restaurant was a very welcome surprise. A real hidden gem . We had the best Indian food we have ever had . And very reasonably priced. I would book ahead though as very popular place .
My wife and I lived in this hotel for 1 week during the pandemic. It was not an easy time, but I am only now writing a review about it, because the hotel staff did everything they could for us at the highest level. I especially want to highlight and praise the chef who prepared our food during that difficult time. I remember the food was brought directly to our room and left outside the door, but the food was incredible. It was Italian cuisine. I had never tried this kind of food before, and I still haven’t tried it now. It was a super food based on pasta varieties. Every day there was different food. I still have the taste of that food in my mouth. We would like to say thank you to the chef who prepared our food. He may no longer work at this hotel, but thanks to him, and thanks to the staff who took care of us then. We walked along the golf course every day and we felt incredibly good then. It was spring, April 2020. Thank you dears.

The Alba restaurant was some of the best Indian food I’ve tasted. Amazing food! Outstanding service!! Great atmosphere!! Highly recommended. Will keep all coming back.
We played Crowwood Golf Club. Unfortunately, once we came off the course the bar was closed, so we came into the hotel to have a quick drink. We were very surprised at how busy the restaurant was and the smell of the food was outstanding. The waiters were non-stop, which meant the service was first class. Wish we had stayed for some food. Will do next time we play the course.
Despite being busy we didn't have to wait any longer than normal for what was a delicious meal. Would happily go again.
Good value hotel situated on outskirts of Glasgow. Room was clean and surprisingly quiet, food from restaurant was amazing and very good value if purchased before 6pm.
The room was comfortable, and the room had damaged celling from a leak in the corner. The room had a door which connects to the next room, it was locked, but the family in the next room kept using handle to try open it, they were also very noisy with the children and watching tv quite late, They also took phone calls in the corridor and slammed doors, so it was a disturbed sleep.
